My third work by this author, it shows the same ability to involve the reader and the same utter neglect for minimal editing practices. Typos and mistakes abound and they are really too many and too serious, even for a self-published work. This is why I would only download this or the other two works for free.Once again the focus of the story is a young man, hurt in body and mind, that finds true love and a new meaning in life thanks to the love of a male supernatural. The fictional cliché is yet redeem by the author's ability to portray feelings and insecurities in a moving way. The "mating" device allows the author to drop the thorny path of the "getting to know each other" entirely to plunge us directly in the middle of things and it works this time as it worke in the other stories (Ashe is a vampire story, but de facto its lead is somehow mated to his master).
This time though I am not entirely satisfied with the outcome. It seems as if the author had dropped the story halfway through, not bothering to deal with all its emotional aspects which is curious as Warden is for certain an author more interested in psychological situations than action.

This is a great book, the author is clear and the story interesting. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes reading m\m romance and shifter romance.
